Shipping Policy And Refund Policy

Processing orders takes 3-6 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number as long as you provide us your email address or cell phone number. If you do not provide your email address or cell phone number or provide us with the wrong information we are not responsible for you not receiving your tracking number. Shipping is through the USPS. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days after your order has shipped. Make sure all shipping information is correct. Twisted Moon Jewelry will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. If Twisted Moon Jewelry receives a return package due to the provided address being incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for another shipping label before we will reship your item back out to you. After your order has been shipped and tracking number is given as long as you provided us your email address or cell phone number our job is done and Twisted Moon Jewelry will not be responsible for any problems with your delivery as you will need to contact your local post office for any and all issues. After items have been shipped out Twisted Moon Jewelry are not responsible for ANY damages done to ANY ORDERS and Twisted Moon Jewelry will not refund or replace any broken items as Twisted Moon Jewelry made sure before item went out that it was not damaged or broken. If there is a problem with your order once it's received, you have 24 hours to report issues with your order or no refunds or returns will be issued or accepted and if a return IS accepted you are responsible for any and all shipping fees.
